In the summer of 2012, SEST took on the Bard himself for the first time in ‘Shakespeare As We Like it’, an outdoor potpourri of scenes and passages from Shakespeare’s most loved tragedies, comedies and sonnets. The scenes were taken from Antony and Cleopatra, A Midsummernight’s Dream, The Taming of the Shrew, Richard III, Twelfth Night, Henry V, Macbeth and As You Like It. The production featured an all-female cast and was a collaboration with Stockholms Stadsteater and enjoyed successful runs at Hallwylska Museet, Observatoriemuseet and Parkteatern (Galärparken) where it reached over 3000 people.
